The 'Help and Hope' golf tournament has been created to help raise awareness and support for the Pregnancy Care Centre. In the first two years funds were shared between the PCC and Faith Tabernacle initiatives. In 2009, 100% of the funds raised are for the Pregnancy Care Centre. Faith Tabernacle Church is providing leadership and volunteer support for this 'help and hope' initiative. Faith Tabernacle has been operating in Halifax for over 75 years. The Pregnancy Care Centre is committed to helping pregnant women in need by providing emotional support, practical assistance and help facing the future with hope. Services are provided free of charge and funding is entirely by private donations and fund raising. Tax Receipts are available. The Pregnancy Care Centre and Faith Tabernacle Church are not-for-profit organizations. Come on out and join the fun! Participants may be publicly acknowledged and thereby be associated with Faith Tabernacle Church. The decision to permit involvement and participation with this event rests exclusively with Faith Tabernacle Church to ensure that Participants and their business do not conflict with Faith Tabernacle Church’s Christian beliefs, Mission Statement, Core Values, and Statement of Faith.
